Return Policy

At Opure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process that follows Canadian e-commerce standards.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., skincare, supplements).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a final clearance.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@opure.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any documentation or accessories that came with it.
  3. Ship the Product: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. Ensure that you use a trackable shipping service to avoid any lost items.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the item is returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact us at support@opure.ca with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the damage is confirmed.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at support@opurecanada.ca before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
